Job Description

RightRev is a hyper-growth SaaS company that delivers a purpose-built revenue automation solution designed for high-growth and large enterprise businesses. The Director of Product Marketing will play a pivotal role in the pre-sales and post-sales product lifecycle, acting as the technical and functional bridge between our product, prospects, customers, channel, and partners. Your Quote-to-Cash expertise will be key in driving value across the full customer journey.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, differentiated, and customer-centric messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with company goals
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to create tools, collateral, and training that empower them to communicate product value and close deals effectively
  • Content & Campaigns: Partner with marketing communications to create content and demand generation teams to develop high-impact marketing campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software with at least 2 years in a role with similar responsibility
  • Experience with Revenue Recognition tools (e.g., RightRev, Zuora Revenue, NetSuite ARM) and/or Quote-to-Cash platforms
  • General familiarity with accounting principles (ASC 606/IFRS 15) and revenue compliance standards
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and ERP ecosystems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement

  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and guide prospects through the technical evaluation of RightRev.
  • Deliver tailored product demos that reflect the prospect’s unique business processes, especially around revenue recognition and Quote-to-Cash flows.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, map them to product features, and provide actionable recommendations.

Solution Design

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consultant role at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle and/or Revenue Recognition processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems—especially Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, data structures, and software architecture.
