RightRev is a hyper-growth SaaS company that delivers a purpose-built revenue automation solution designed for high-growth and large enterprise businesses. We help companies streamline revenue operations, maintain compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15, and gain real-time visibility into revenue performance.
The Director of Product Marketing will play a pivotal role in the pre-sales and post-sales product lifecycle, acting as the technical and functional bridge between our product, prospects, customers, channel, and partners. Your Quote-to-Cash expertise will be key in driving value across the full customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, differentiated, and customer-centric messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with company goals
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to create tools, collateral, and training that empower them to communicate product value and close deals effectively
- Content & Campaigns: Partner with marketing communications to create content and demand generation teams to develop high-impact marketing campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content
- Product Roadmap: Partner with Sales to understand unmet ICP needs and be a key voice in defining the future product initiatives with Product as well as Engineering
- Partner Enablement: Serve as an SME for Partner strategy sessions including mapping RightRev’s current and future solutions to partner capabilities
- Market Awareness: Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the RevOps and Revenue Recognition space as well as represent RightRev at industry events and webinars
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software with at least 2 years in a role with similar responsibility
- Experience with Revenue Recognition tools (e.g., RightRev, Zuora Revenue, NetSuite ARM) and/or Quote-to-Cash platforms
- General familiarity with accounting principles (ASC 606/IFRS 15) and revenue compliance standards
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and ERP ecosystems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
